How these posts are written
I use AI in my workflow, and I’m open about how. I write notes on what I did and what I think. AI tools help with research, source checks and turning those notes into a draft. I review every post before it goes live. Every claim should trace back to my notes or a linked source, and I don’t claim to have tested anything I haven’t.
